It is certainly no secret that beer is one of my greatest passions. A few years ago I also tried to produce it purely at home with more than satisfactory results. I don't say I'm an expert but I know how much sacrifice it takes to reach certain levels, and the surprising level I'm referring to is that of the Filodilana Craft Brewery of dear friends Matteo and Alberto.
Beer is a divine creation and you have to be truly ingenious to produce a very high quality like that of Filodilana, I have never seen such competence, dedication, precision, cleanliness and much more as in this case, in short the passion of these guys transformed into an exceptionality of our territory... Congratulations and thanks again for the opportunity you gave us.
Their Philosophy: “Wool thread was used, before the invention of photo finish, to establish the winner in athletics competitions. Filodilana is our craft brewery, we want to make it go at full speed, hoping to get through, like in running races, by the skin of its teeth. We are closely linked to the territory: without prejudice on styles we often use seasonal ingredients typical of Piedmont.
