
The new Cornaglia house project is something extremely innovative as far as corporate photo reportage is concerned. More than a photographic project, it has been a mission accomplished, something extremely necessary, especially in the area where I live, firstly to give all those who create companies the opportunity to have a strong online and offline identity, in whatever field they operate in, and secondly to finally make Monferrato's image grow and progress in the world. Precisely in this historical period where AI is replacing man in almost all fields, we all have a duty to make our traditions known, what is real in our work, movements that have been repeated for hundreds of years and that will go on to create products that are unique in the world. This will not only describe us as authentic but will be our strong point in communicating and attracting customers and tourists.
So many local companies and professionals are true flagships in their respective fields, but in most cases they have a very weak presence and fail to create the right public appeal for themselves. The reason for this is the fact that none of them have ever invested in image. Nothing could be more wrong in this historical period where image is everything and where brand comes before quality, where we are content to create content with our mobile phones or a few shots taken by a relative or friend with a passion for photography. There is a feeling that the ease of producing images is the key to success but it is the exact opposite, social media helps us forget too quickly and teaches us the culture of quantity over quality, smartphone archives are constantly being overwritten and we with our traditions are destined to be forgotten.
Now I will say something a little unpopular but necessary, social networks, which in my opinion are not absolutely evil, have taught us that we have to be present at all costs, and in part this is true, but unfortunately, as I said before, they impose a culture of quantity instead of focusing on quality, and above all they tell us that we have to create multiple video contents to show to the public through Stories or Reels. 99% of the time we produce these videos with our smartphones, which gives us a daily presence on all social networks, but almost always the quality of this content is very bad and has an equally bad impact on those who watch it... but that's not the worst of it, these videos disappear within 24 hours, thus making us slaves to constant production. The only thing that can truly show who you are is the high quality, intelligently created and previously researched image, the image is your shop window, it must entice the customer to come in and see who you are and then it can remain your property forever and be used whenever you need it. What you show through content made with a smartphone risks, with all due respect, giving the same perception as a shop window of a Bengali MINI MARKET.
In Monferrato there is a ‘do-it-yourself’ culture, i.e. it seems that people do not particularly like to collaborate for the common good, if you add this to a mentality that is not too open to novelty ‘we have always done well this way, why change?’, you reach the perfect recipe for media staticism typical of the area. Fear not, we will create a historical visual asset for you and your companies that can be used right away for your own promotion and marketing, which will create unprecedented interest in your brand.
A TRUE STORY is a completely innovative method of content creation, the intention is to change forever the approach and image of companies from Monferrato and elsewhere on the market, making them focus on quality rather than quantity. What we will provide them with will be authentic ‘STYLE’ that will lead their products to be sought-after brands. We won't just photograph and shoot the final product, we (and we also think the general public) are interested in the true story behind the company organisation, or the passion and sacrifice that the people involved put into achieving a certain result, this is what any company or professional needs to catch up with its competitors. A True Story is the idea of telling the people behind the companies, precisely because today ‘people buy people’, giving more confidence to companies that tell their story through effective communication and a strong market presence, bringing into play the story of the company itself, the people who work there, the various stages of production, the seasonality of the products and everything that can be told. In short, mine is an innovative vision, what we will tell will be the people, the hands, the passion, the work process, the emotions and much more to get immediately to the heart of the customer. We will first study the current image and targeting of the companies and professionals concerned and then the message to be communicated to make them more attractive, and based on that we will produce tailor-made images. Last but not least, I want you to understand how this new project can be a real opportunity for everyone, not only for those who are not used to investing in their image but also for those who, understanding the importance of a quality image, want to enhance their work with a new concept of the highest quality.
